What you will receive as a Dispatcher :

• Starting Pay : $23- $25 / hr (depending on experience)
• Shift : Monday - Friday : Typical shift would start between 8-9am and end around 5-6pm (occasional OT as needed)
• Medical, Dental, and Vision Available
• Contract-to-Hire
• Located in Wilsonville, Oregon
• Paid weekly (every Friday)

What you will be doing as a Dispatcher :

• Assign, plan and dispatch drivers / contractors, working closely with management and Operations team(s);
• Recruit and grow a stable driving team to maintain the goals of Berger;
• Develop partnerships to secure hauling opportunities;
• Maintain data integrity to ensure that accurate information is available for internal and external customers;
• Oversee contractor performance to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery;
• Other duties as assigned

What you need to have as a Dispatcher :

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
• Previous Dispatch experience is required; Must have a minimum of 1 year of dispatching experience within the trucking industry in general
• Flexibility in terms of work schedule is required as dispatching workload can vary on a case-by-case basis.
• Ability to work well with a team, manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced, constantly changing, high demand work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Self-starter motivated by daily challenges;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Robust geographical knowledge- of the PNW region.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check
